Are Revity products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All Revity products are specifically formulated for sensitive skin. We use only natural, botanically-derived ingredients and are completely free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, sulphates, mineral oils, and artificial colours. Every product holds a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) certificate, independently assessed by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor.
Are your products safe for babies and children?
Our products are designed to be safe for the whole family, including newborns. Our ReviHydrate Cream was originally created for our founder's daughter and is gentle enough for the most delicate skin. As always, we recommend doing a small patch test before first use.
Where are Revity products made?
Revity products are proudly made in the UK, using responsibly sourced natural ingredients.
Are your products CPSR certified?
Absolutely. Every single Revity product holds a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) certificate, independently assessed by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor. This means every formulation has been rigorously evaluated for safety before it reaches you.
Do your products contain any synthetic ingredients?
No. We are committed to being free from synthetic fragrances, parabens and harsh preservatives, sulphates and detergents, mineral oils and petroleum derivatives, and artificial colours and dyes. What you see on our ingredients list is exactly what goes into your product.
Can I use ReviBotanical Oil on my face?
Yes. ReviBotanical Oil is versatile and can be used as a facial oil, body oil, hair treatment, or massage oil. It is CPSR certified and pure enough for even sensitive skin.

How long does delivery take?

In general: delivery times vary by location. For UK orders, please allow 3–5 working days. EU orders typically take 5–10 working days, and international orders 7–14 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over a certain value. Please check our shipping information and at checkout for the current free shipping threshold for your region.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the UK, EU, and selected international destinations including Australia, Canada, USA, UAE, Japan, Singapore, and more. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@revity.clinic. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us at shop@revity.clinic within 48 hours of receiving your order, with a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
