Politique d’expédition

We ship all parcels out as soon as possible. It is sometimes necessary to delay shipping for up to 3 days. This can happen if we have a rush on certain products and they sell faster than production is making them. Whilst we will increase production to meet demand, this increase can take up to 3 days to catch up to the demand. All orders are sent on a first come first served basis and sent via the grade paid for. You can see products that are going to take a few days longer as they are marked as "Made to Order" on the product page. They will return to "In Stock" once supplies have met and exceeded demand.

Shipments to the UK, IoM, Jersey and Guernsey are sent out via Royal Mail on a tracked service.

NOTE: There are now no guaranteed next day services available to any of the islands or Scottish Highlands, these items will arrive ASAP according to Royal Mail delivery schedules as updated from time to time.

For all European and international orders, we will use the best service available, in most cases this will be Royal Mail but may need to be substituted due to the parcel contents or availability. This is done at our discretion.
